About Us
Flourish Community Services was founded by an Occupational Therapist to provide services including Community Inclusion Support, Supported Employment, and Systematic Skill Building for adults requiring additional assistance to live successful, productive, and meaningful lives within their communities. Oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance is provided by a nationally board certified and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to optimize progress towards goals.
