Community Inclusion Services
Community Inclusion Services are used to support individuals in living independently and safely within their home and community environments. Support is provided from coaches through the use of encouragement, prompting, and assistance to help individuals to achieve their goals. Goals are often focused on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). ADLs include the essential, routine tasks required to independently care for oneself. Goals addressed in Community Inclusion Services are person-centered and based on what clients value and consider necessary and important.
