Supported Employment

Supported Employment provides a variety of services including vocational assessments, job finding, job coaching, extended supportive employment, and customized employment using a person-centered approach. Supported Employment services are delivered in collaboration with the job seeker and their support network, which allows the individual to remain at the forefront of the decision-making process. Participating in employment allows for participation in goal-oriented, purposeful, and meaningful daily activities within the individual's community, which often leads to a sense of accomplishment.
